The company's lead clinical program, LEUKOPET™, is designed to image activated leukocytes using PET, with the goal of improving diagnostic utility in infection and inflammation. The company's lead candidate, [⁶⁴Cu]IS1051, is being advanced through the PUREVIEW First-in-Human Phase 1 study. A second imaging candidate, [⁶⁴Cu]IS3000, supports the next-generation TRUVIEW program and extends the platform into additional applications.
Beyond infection imaging, iSeek Biopharma is advancing ORION, an immuno-oncology theranostic program. ORION pairs [⁶⁴Cu]IS3000 for diagnostic imaging with [177Lu]IS3010 and [225Ac]IS3010 for therapy, and is designed to enable both visualization and treatment of disease harnessing the same underlying LFA-1 biology.
